This is a birthday decoration featuring a black, silver, and gold color scheme. The central feature is a silver foil "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloon banner set against a backdrop of shimmering gold and black fringe curtains.

The decoration includes a large silver foil balloon display of the number "30," indicating a thirtieth birthday celebration. The room is adorned with numerous balloons in black, silver, and golden metallic finishes, arranged in an arch around the central banner and in pillars on either side. On the left, the balloon arch is composed of black, silver, and gold balloons, while on the right, a balloon pillar features a similar color combination topped with a black star-shaped foil balloon. Small star-shaped foil balloons are also visible, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.
