A dynamic balloon garland frames the top, boasting a cheerful mix of yellow, black, and orange balloons, creating a festive and eye-catching display.
Adding to the construction theme, the decor includes large, fun foil balloons shaped like essential construction vehicles: a sturdy dump truck, a powerful excavator, and a towering crane, ready to "lift" the party spirit. Complementing these are playful "STOP" and warning sign cutouts, enhancing the authentic construction site feel. The floor is adorned with a scattered arrangement of coordinating yellow, black, and orange balloons, tying the entire look together.
