A lavish anniversary balloon decoration, prominently featuring a large, elegant heart-shaped arch crafted from balloons in shades of rose gold, white, and silver. The arch forms a striking centerpiece, with a glowing "Happy Anniversary" sign nestled within its curve, providing a warm focal point.

The floor area beneath and around the arch is generously covered with a multitude of balloons in coordinating colors, creating a rich, immersive effect. Large, illuminated letters spelling "SH" stand on the left side, likely representing initials, adding a personalized touch to the celebration. On the right, a tall floral arrangement with deep red roses adds a touch of classic romance and complements the metallic and white balloons. The overall setup exudes a celebratory and romantic atmosphere, ideal for marking a special anniversary milestone.
